Job Overview:

We are looking for a Service Engineer based REMOTELY to join our team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for the installation, start-up, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical and mechanical packaging systems.

Job Details:

This is a direct hire opportunity where you will be based remotely and required to travel from the local airport as needed. The role offers a competitive salary and a permanent job type.

Responsibilities:

• Travel up to 90% to various client manufacturing plants in Augusta, Georgia.
• Provide technical service, troubleshooting, repairs, and customer support for packaging machinery.
• Install, start-up, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and mechanical systems.
• Resolve machinery problems and perform maintenance tasks.
• Support machinery assembly, electrical programming, testing, and development activities.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with PLC & Servo Drive troubleshooting (Siemens, Rockwell, Allen-Bradley).
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and electrical schematics.
• Knowledge of maintaining high and low voltage manufacturing equipment.
