• Direct litigation efforts within the Migrant Farmworker's unit
• Develop and execute a strategic advocacy plan
• Lead outreach initiatives and build awareness in the community
• Train and supervise the Migrant Farmworker unit staff
• Stay informed on current legal developments in the field
• Conduct client interviews and provide legal assistance as needed

Requirements:
