Job Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in West Lafayette, Indiana. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee a team of technicians, ensuring the maintenance and repair of industrial processing equipment.

Job Details:

This role involves coaching and developing a team of technicians, troubleshooting various systems, managing maintenance activities, and utilizing CMMS for tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Coach and develop a team of technicians
• Oversee maintenance and repair of industrial equipment
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Manage planning, scheduling, and budgeting of maintenance activities
• Handle parts and vendor management
• Utilize CMMS for maintenance tasks
• Read and interpret maintenance literature and blueprints

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in repairing industrial processing equipment
• Minimum 2 years' supervisory experience
• Proficiency in electrical, facilities maintenance, and PLC troubleshooting
• Knowledge of medium voltage systems, boilers, and HVAC
• Experience with pneumatics, hydraulics, plumbing, and mechanical systems
• Ability to read and interpret maintenance literature and blueprints
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and internet/intranet
