Job Overview:

The Events Solutions Consultant (ESC) is a customer-focused in-store sales professional in a Hospitality & Conventions (HC) setting. Responsible for achieving defined sales targets, the ESC builds and maintains relationships with hotel and convention staff while delivering exceptional service.

Job Details:

The ESC's role involves extensive interaction with customers, hotel/convention center contacts, and print decision-makers through various communication channels. Working independently, the ESC collaborates with multiple stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary sales and support expert for event managers and key participants.
  • Attend meetings and present FXO's offerings to decision-makers within host venues.
  • Ensure customer and venue satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  • Identify and secure new revenue opportunities at assigned locations.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and meet or exceed activity standards.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent education.
  • 2+ years of sales and/or customer service experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Preferred experience in the hospitality industry.
