Job Details:

The Market Director will coach a team to drive sales volume, profitability, and margin goals in the market area.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations, analyze the customer base, and identify sales opportunities
• Collaborate with Account Sales Reps to boost sales and margins across all channels
• Ensure program execution at key account level and in the marketplace
• Work with delivery and merchandising team for flawless execution and customer satisfaction
• Maintain communication with Account Sales Reps to keep them informed of sales activities

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar leadership role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to drive sales and profitability
