Job Details:

This contract position is based in Toa Baja, Puerto Rico. Work in a hospital environment with a climate-controlled setting, encompassing a new cafe and an older kitchen area. The work schedule may include nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble patient trays accurately and timely based on requests and diet orders.
• Serve cafeteria customers courteously and promptly.
• Handle cash transactions and operate a cash register.
• Prepare food for patients, cafeteria, and special events.
• Maintain cleanliness in work areas related to food preparation and service.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of custodial equipment use.
• Willingness to learn and demonstrate maturity of judgment.
• Consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Compliance with dress code regulations.
• Ability to learn and execute tasks efficiently and compliantly.
