Job Details: As a Diesel Technician/Mechanic II, you will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics on a fleet of vehicles. Your role will play a crucial part in ensuring the safety and reliability of the vehicles for the customers.

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining and ensuring the safety of vehicles
• Performing preventive maintenance services independently and efficiently
• Troubleshooting and repairing major components such as engines, transmissions, and fuel system components
• Keeping work area clean and following safety protocols
• Utilizing tools and technology for repairs and diagnostics
• Continuing education and skill development through technician training
• Completing assigned projects and tasks under supervision

Requirements:

• 3 years of practical experience in vehicle maintenance
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; technical certification in vehicle repair is a plus
• Specialized training in major component diagnosis and troubleshooting
• Experience with diagnostic, hand, and power tools
• Valid driver?s license
• Problem-solving skills and excellent customer service abilities
• Team player with willingness to work in various conditions
• Basic computer proficiency
