Responsibilities:

• Maintaining and ensuring the safety of vehicles for customers
• Performing preventive maintenance services on truck and trailer equipment efficiently
• Troubleshooting and repairing major components like engines, transmissions, and differentials
• Keeping the work area clean and adhering to safety protocols
• Utilizing tools and technologies for repairs and diagnostics
• Participating in ongoing technician training programs
• Completing assigned projects and tasks under supervision

Requirements:

• 6 years of practical experience in truck and tractor-trailer maintenance
• High school diploma or equivalent, with vocational/technical certification preferred
• Specialized training in major component diagnosis and troubleshooting
• Proficiency with all tools of the trade, including welding and diagnostic equipment
• Valid driver?s license and CDL preferred
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment and in non-climate-controlled conditions
