Job Overview:

We are seeking a Database Manager to oversee and manage the organization's development software and tools in Alpharetta, Georgia. This role involves managing giving platforms, development procedures, analytics, and integrations, including constituent relationship management (CRM) database and digital giving systems.

Job Details:

The Database Manager will be responsible for the evolution and management of various aspects of the fundraising program, ensuring data-driven analytic resources and systems guide and improve all fundraising activities. The schedule for this role is a day shift, Monday-Friday, with occasional weekend requirements, offering a pay rate of $20-24/hour DOE.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee department standard operating procedures related to donor records, data security, gift acceptance, and processing systems.
  • Manage the health and accuracy of the CRM database.
  • Ensure accurate recording of private contributions, grants, pledges, and other donations across all donor types.
  • Collaborate in the creation of an annual campaign map.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in database management and development software.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and data integrity measures.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
