Job Overview:

Responsible for coordinating documentation required by US Customs/Government Agencies for entry of complex and high-risk shipments to ensure compliance with regulations and tariffs.

Job Details:

The role involves providing exceptional customer service, engaging with customers on specialized processing, obtaining correct classification of goods, and processing import-related documentation for submission to US Customs and all PGA's.

Responsibilities:

• Provide impeccable customer service
• Obtain correct classification of goods for customs release
• Data entry and processing of import documentation
• Maintain compliance with record-keeping requirements
• Adhere to international importing and exporting regulations

Requirements:

• Associates degree or equivalent preferred
• One year brokerage experience required
• Data entry/keyboard experience required
• Knowledge of customs regulations and harmonized tariff schedules
