Job Overview:

Responsible for coordinating complex and high-risk shipment documentation required by US Customs/Government Agencies. Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and tariff combinations to facilitate smooth entry processes.

Job Details:

Provide impeccable customer service, engage with customers on specialized processing, obtain correct classification of goods, handle data entry, and maintain compliance with all record keeping requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Adhere to international importing/exporting regulations
• Collaborate with internal staff, departments, and government agencies

Requirements:

• Associate's degree or equivalent preferred
• 1 year brokerage experience required
• 1 year customer contact experience required
• Data entry/keyboard experience required
• CCS and/or Brokers license preferred
• Knowledge of customs regulations and harmonized tariff schedules
