Job Overview:

Responsible for coordinating documentation required by US Customs/Government Agencies for entry of complex and high-risk shipments. Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and tariff combinations.

Job Details:

Provide impeccable customer service and engage with customers for specialized processing to reduce risks. Obtain correct classification of goods for customs release and maintain all shipment documentation in compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service

• Data entry and processing of import-related documentation
• Maintain compliance with international importing/exporting regulations

Requirements:

• Associates degree or equivalent preferred
• One year brokerage experience required
• One year experience with customer contact required
• Data entry/keyboard experience required
• Knowledge of customs regulations and tariff schedules
