Job Details:

As a Documentation Coordinator, you will be responsible for obtaining accurate classification of goods for customs release, data entry, and processing of import-related documentation. You will collaborate with internal teams to provide excellent service to customers and ensure compliance with international importing regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate documentation required by US Customs/Government Agencies
  • Obtain correct classification of goods for customs release
  • Data entry and processing of import-related documentation
  • Maintain shipment documentation in compliance with record-keeping requirements
  • Work closely with internal staff to deliver high-level customer service

Requirements:

  • HS Diploma or GED required
  • Data entry/keyboard experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Organizational and interpersonal skills
