Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service
  • Prepare and submit necessary documentation for customs compliance
  • Identify and resolve potential issues delaying freight movement
  • Maintain relationships with service providers
  • Resolve banking and credit-related problems
  • Advise customers on payment terms
  • Perform data input and corrections

Requirements:

  • HS Diploma or equivalent
  • 12 months of brokerage or transportation experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle high work volumes
  • Knowledge of customs regulations and HTS classification
