We are currently hiring Customer Care Representatives for in-office positions in Hagerstown, Maryland. In this role, you will be part of a dynamic service center that values professionalism and teamwork.
The Customer Care Representatives will primarily handle a high volume of inbound calls from customers, agents, and third parties. Additionally, you will be responsible for processing policy change requests, working on project assignments independently, and other tasks within the Customer Solutions Center.
Shifts for this role will vary between 8 am to 7 pm, with options for early shifts starting at 8 am or 9 am and later shifts ending at 6 pm or 7 pm. There will be a rotating Saturday shift once a month or every three weeks, with reduced hours on those days.
