We are looking for a Machine Operator to join our team at a Corrugated Packaging Company in Santee, California. The role offers a competitive pay rate of $20/hr.

Job Details:

The Machine Operator will be responsible for operating production equipment to ensure the highest level of production and quality while minimizing waste and maintaining efficiency throughout the shift.

Responsibilities:

• Operate production equipment following quality standards.
• Maintain efficiency and record production output.
• Monitor product quality during runs and make adjustments as needed.
• Submit maintenance work orders for repairs.
• Assist in training personnel and ensure compliance with company policies.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Prior work experience in the corrugated industry.
• 3-5 years of experience operating corrugated converting machines.
