We are looking for a Field Technical Trainer to deliver training courses for customers and company personnel. This role involves traveling to client sites within Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana to conduct training on laser systems, software usage, and other relevant topics.

The Field Technical Trainer will be responsible for conducting training sessions, assisting in program development, supporting testing of new features, and providing technical support to customers. This position requires frequent domestic and international travel.

• Conduct training courses on laser systems and software
• Assist in developing training programs and materials
• Support testing of new machine and software features
• Create documentation for customers
• Provide technical counsel and solutions for customer service tickets
• Maintain positive customer relationships

• Minimum 3 years of CAD experience (CATIA, Solidworks, etc)
• 3 years of machine setup, maintenance, and programming
• CAD/CAM programming skills
• High School education level
