Job Details: The individual will be responsible for CNC equipment maintenance, programming, and set up of CNC machines using Mastercam software.

• Responsibilities:
  • Programming CNC code from provided CAD data.
  • Setting up machining tools, offsets, and materials.
  • Operating CNC machines and verifying finished components.
  • Using other toolroom equipment as needed.
  • Collaborating with team members for product improvement.
  • Meeting customer requirements for quality and delivery.
  • Maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
  • Following company safety rules and procedures.
• Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience on 3D CAD/CAM system.
  • Minimum 5 years of knowledge in metal cutting and machining.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and communication abilities.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
  • Production tooling experience is an asset.
  • Experience with Mastercam software.
