We are looking for a Maintenance Specialist to join our team. This role involves performing preventative maintenance, PLC programming, and providing excellent customer service at client sites. If you have a background in maintenance and enjoy working directly with customers, this opportunity is for you.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance and customer service. Travel to client sites from home is required, with flexibility for regional or national travel as necessary. Preferred experience with Mazak, Amada, and Trumpf machines.

• Support sales staff in equipment servicing
• Perform preventive maintenance and service at customer sites
• Conduct root cause analysis and condition-based monitoring
• Implement reliability-centered maintenance approach
• Provide programming support and recommendations
• Recommend practices for efficiency and quality enhancement
• Offer support and training for operators and maintenance personnel

• Minimum 5 years of experience
• High School education
• Skills in Maintenance, Field Engineering, Field Service, CAD, CAM, PLC, and CNC preferred
