Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team in Wylie, Texas. The CNC Machinist will be responsible for operating and programming CNC machines to produce high-quality machined parts while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Job Details:

The CNC Machinist will work on CNC Mill and CNC Lathe machines, including various axis machines such as Mazak, Okuma, and Haas. Responsibilities include machine set-up, tooling changeovers, quality measurements, and ensuring precise tolerances are met.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines
• Perform tooling changeovers and adjustments
• Conduct quality measurements and make necessary adjustments
• Operate CNC Mill and Lathe machines
• Ensure productivity of CNC machines

Requirements:

• Experience in CNC machine setup
• Proficiency with GD&T
• Knowledge of Mazatrol and G&M Code
• Experience in CNC Lathe and Mill operation
