Job Details: As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for operating CNC machines, ensuring top-quality parts, verifying settings, maintaining specifications, adhering to production schedules, and documenting inspection data.

• Operates, cleans, and maintains CNC machines and shop equipment as directed.
• Ensures parts meet specifications for customer satisfaction.
• Verifies settings by measuring workpiece specifications.
• Maintains specifications by:
  • Observing operations like drilling, grooving, cutting, turning, facing, knurling, and thread chasing.
  • Taking measurements and detecting malfunctions.
  • Troubleshooting, adjusting, and reprogramming controls.
  • Sharpening and replacing worn tools.
  • Following quality assurance procedures.
• Adheres to production schedules and machine operations.
• Documents inspection, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), and other data as directed.
• Stays updated through educational opportunities and technical publications.
• Suggests and seeks process improvements proactively.
• Participates in safety training, follows safety policies, and maintains a clean work area.
• Communicates with supervisors/managers, following work rules and company programs.
• Creates and/or reviews setup sheets to determine the best setup procedure, machining sequence, and quality requirements.

Requirements:

• Experience level: Experienced
• Minimum 2 years of experience
• Education: High School

Benefits:

• Competitive hourly pay: $23/hr to $38/hr DOE
• Full-time permanent position with great benefits
• 2nd shift availability (3:00 p.m. - 11:30 p.m.)
