Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled CNC Setup Machinist to join our team in Bowling Green, Kentucky. This role involves setting up, editing, and troubleshooting various mill machinists for industries like automotive, military, and medical. Operating Mori Seki Mills, Kitamura Mills, and Robodrills on Fanuc controllers while maintaining tight tolerances is key.

Job Details:

The position requires completing setups, edits, and inspection tasks on CNC mills with a focus on precision and efficiency. Familiarity with Gibbscam and Mastercam software is a plus for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Complete setups, edits, and troubleshooting on various mill machinists
• Operate Mori Seki Mills, Kitamura Mills, and Robodrills on Fanuc controllers
• Work with tight tolerances for automotive, military, and medical industries
• Conduct inspection tasks using micrometers, calipers, CMMs, and other equipment
• Assist in programming on machines and ensure precision

Requirements:

• 5 years of CNC setup experience
• Proficiency in setting up and operating CNC mills, lathe, turning centers
• Knowledge of CNC Machining, CNC Milling, and relevant software

Other Details:

The clean production machining environment in Bowling Green, Kentucky includes Haas Mills, turning centers, and Fanuc Robo-Drills. Your work schedule will be Monday to Thursday from 6 am to 4:30 pm.
