Job Details:

The Senior Client Success Manager will work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide guidance on our Defined Benefit offerings, and proactively address any issues or concerns that may arise.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in Waianae, Hawaii.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and escalations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met.
• Identify opportunities for upselling additional services to clients.
• Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues promptly.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in client management or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Knowledge of Defined Benefit plans is a plus.
