Job Overview:

We are seeking a Clean Room Assembler to join our team in Garland, Texas. As a Clean Room Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling torque wrenches in a clean room environment and ensuring the quality and precision of the final product.

Job Details:

The role of a Clean Room Assembler involves reading blueprints, using hydraulic presses to insert hex tips and apply teflon, and operating screw down machines to install screws. You will also adjust torque on wrenches using testers, install caps, and perform final cleaning and packaging tasks.

Responsibilities:

Read and interpret blueprints
Use hydraulic press to insert hex tips and apply teflon
Assemble torque wrenches
Install screws using screw down machine
Adjust torque on wrenches with testers
Install caps on completed products
Perform final cleaning and packaging of wrenches

Requirements:

Prior experience in assembly work
Ability to read blueprints
Attention to detail and precision
Knowledge of using hydraulic presses and torque testers

Other Details:

This position is on a 5 am - 2:30 pm shift. Full head gown and bunny suit are required attire in the clean room environment. No makeup, jewelry, or perfume is allowed for safety and cleanliness reasons.
