Job Details

As a Building Engineer in West Palm Beach, Florida, you will respond to and prioritize work orders through the CMMS work order tracking system, ensuring the proper functioning of building systems.

Responsibilities

• Order, stock, and inventory parts and supplies.
• Induce water treatment chemicals at proper amounts and times.
• Complete daily equipment logs and perform visual inspections of building equipment.
• Respond to and prioritize assigned work orders.
• Perform electrical maintenance and repairs.
• Change air filters, adjust belts, and lubricate bearings.
• Conduct painting tasks and maintain fire pump and generator systems.

Requirements

• Electrical maintenance skills.
• Plumbing and HVAC expertise.
• At least three years of building maintenance experience.
• Proficiency in carpentry, painting, and other maintenance tasks.
• Knowledge of drywall, boiler repair, and lighting systems.
• Experience with hand tools, refrigeration, and building maintenance.
