Job Details:

Manage the glue application, spine wrap, and spine formation, as well as operate and maintain machinery for proper collation and binding preparation in our production facility.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure proper glue application and spine formation during the binding process
• Oversee conveyor system and machinery operation for efficient production
• Prepare the machine for paper covers as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work area throughout the shift
• Report daily job summary and any operational issues to the team

Requirements:

• Experience in print finishing or binding operations is required
• Ability to interpret job orders and set up machinery accordingly
• Attention to detail and quality control in all aspects of production
• Knowledge of different types of glue and paper weights is a plus
