An Avionics Repair Technician role in the aviation industry in Leander, Texas with a focus on troubleshooting and repairing avionics and electrical systems for aircraft, ensuring customer satisfaction and safety.

Job Details:

This hands-on position involves diagnosing and repairing avionics and electrical systems, communicating progress to management, ensuring compliance with inspection standards, and mentoring junior technicians.

Responsibilities:

• Effectively troubleshoot and repair avionics and electrical systems.
• Communicate progress and report issues to the Department Manager.
• Ensure compliance with inspection standards and daily paperwork completion.
• Maintain a clean work area and mentor junior technicians.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of Avionic experience.
• Experience with aircraft electrical systems.
• Experience with corporate aircraft and Garmin systems.
• FCC Licensing (Nice to have).

Other Details:

The working schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm. Competitive pay ranging from $25-40/hr, with potential for higher rates based on experience.
