Job Overview:

We are looking for skilled Mechanics to join our team at our distribution plant in Hamilton, Ohio. As a Mechanic, you will play a key role in repairing and refurbishing fusion equipment, ensuring it operates efficiently for our customers.

Job Details:

As a Mechanic, you will be responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing fusion equipment, which includes small diesel/gas engines, generators, electrical circuits, and hydraulic systems. You will also conduct quality inspections of rental fusion equipment before it returns to service.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair fusion equipment
• Conduct quality inspections of rental fusion equipment
• Maintain records of service, repairs, and scheduled maintenance
• Inspect and diagnose customer-owned equipment for repair quotes
• Communicate with maintenance coordinator and service advisors
• Report machine defects, damages, and malfunctions
• Repair and service fabrication shop equipment

Requirements:

• Experience with small diesel/gas engines, generators, and hydraulic systems
• Ability to conduct quality inspections and diagnose equipment issues
• Strong communication skills for coordination with team members
• Knowledge of computer systems for order entry and parts ordering

Other Details:

Previous experience with computers for order entry, parts ordering, and email is a plus. We encourage our Mechanics to utilize local vendors and vendor websites for finding required parts when needed. The role may also involve preparing equipment for shipping and performing other related duties as assigned.
