Job Overview
As an Assembly Operator in Sherwood, you will be responsible for manufacturing and assembling products according to specifications using tools, blueprints, and work orders. This role requires attention to detail and adherence to production standards while maintaining a comfortable standing position for 8 hours per shift.
Key Responsibilities
Assemble products based on specifications and work orders.
Operate power and hand tools effectively.
Measure and cut materials accurately using tape measures.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
1-3 months of assembly experience.
Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
The physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
Good coordination, attention to detail, and reliable attendance.
