• Accurately read and interpret measurements using a tape measure (essential for 95% of the job).
• Assemble industrial-sized heat exchangers by securing bolts and joining components using an impact gun (weighs approximately 50 lbs).
• Lift and handle heavy plates, particularly when constructing larger units (up to 30 plates may be used, leading to significant cumulative weight).
• Climb up and down ladders as needed for assembly tasks.
• Ensure high standards of accuracy and quality to prevent issues such as leaks.

Requirements:

• Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
• Physical capability to handle heavy tools and materials.

• Experience with industrial assembly is a plus.
