Job Details:

The Mechanical Assembler will be responsible for assembling or disassembling mechanical or printed board components, collecting daily status data, performing rework of printed circuit boards, setting up equipment, and maintaining a clean work area. Compliance with GMP and FDA regulations is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble or disassemble mechanical or printed board components.
• Collect data on daily status and yields.
• Perform rework of printed circuit boards as needed.
• Set up and shut down equipment, including minor operator calibrations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Perform procedures on a PC, such as file retrieval, data entry, and saving files.
• Understand and comply with GMP and FDA regulations.

Requirements:

• Ability to speak and read English.
• Basic PC skills, including file retrieval, data entry, and saving files.
• High School Diploma.
• 3 years of experience in medical device manufacturing preferred but not required.
• Experience with the MS Office Suite.
• Knowledge of FDA, ISO, OSHA regulations.
