Job Overview:

Join our team as an entry-level Mechanic Assembler in Denham Springs, Louisiana. If you have a passion for automotive work or are mechanically inclined, this role is perfect for you. You will be responsible for assembling forklifts, pallet trucks, and masts based on blueprints, schematics, or verbal instructions. Operating an overhead crane, conducting functional tests, and assembling components will be part of your daily tasks.

Job Details:

You will work Monday to Thursday from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, and on Fridays from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM. The hourly pay for this position ranges from $18 to $20 with additional bonuses for perfect attendance and retention within the first year.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble forklifts, pallet trucks, and masts based on provided instructions.
• Operate an overhead crane to move larger parts.
• Conduct functional tests on assembled equipment.
• Assemble sub-assemblies, wiring harnesses, and other components.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean workspace.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a mechanical or automotive field is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Strong attention to detail and precision in work.
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
