Job Details:

The responsibilities of this role include guiding applicants through leasing, managing documents, conducting tours, addressing resident inquiries, maintaining files, assisting with service requests, supporting compliance and reporting for HUD Section 8, LIHTC, Fair Housing, and other regulations, preparing weekly reports, engaging in resident events, marketing, community newsletters, office management tasks, and more.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage documents and conduct tours
  • Address resident inquiries and maintain files
  • Support compliance and reporting requirements
  • Assist with resident events and marketing
  • Answer phones, manage appointments, and handle payments

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of administration experience
  • MS Office proficiency, organizational skills, and basic math
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs., walk distances, climb stairs, and handle various demands
