The responsibilities of this role include guiding applicants through leasing, managing documents, conducting tours, addressing resident inquiries, maintaining files, assisting with service requests, supporting compliance and reporting for HUD Section 8, LIHTC, Fair Housing, and other regulations, preparing weekly reports, engaging in resident events, marketing, community newsletters, office management tasks, and more.
