Job Details:

The Bilingual Accounting & Payroll Specialist will be responsible for effectively handling the company's payroll, processing payments, managing accounts receivable, and coordinating scheduling efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone calls and process sod orders
  • Manage accounts receivable and credit limits
  • Coordinate scheduling with team members
  • Maintain and verify daily load sheets
  • Process payroll using Business and QuickBooks Online
  • Handle HR functions and employee onboarding
  • Communicate effectively with employees

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
  • Adept at using accounting software
  • Strong attention to detail
