Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a skilled 2nd Class Electrician to join our team in Fairfield, California. The ideal candidate will work on building modules, following blueprints and schematics with precision, and ensuring that all electrical work is up to code.

Job Details:

The role involves tasks such as setting electrical switchgear, panels, controllers, wireways, and more. Reading and understanding electrical drawings, installing conduit and wiring on modular systems, and troubleshooting tools are key responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Set electrical switchgear, panels, controllers, wireways, trays etc.
• Read and understand electrical drawings and schematics.
• Install electrical conduit and wiring on modular chiller systems per plans.
• Terminate high and low voltage wiring.
• Construct supports and infrastructure for electrical equipment.
• Oversee and organize electrical tool room.
• Troubleshoot electrical tools, welders and grinders.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of commercial or industrial electrical installation experience.
• Knowledge of transformers, LVMCC, HVMCC, etc.
• Understanding of the National Electrical Code.
• Experience with overhead cable trays and heavy rigid conduit.
